INGREDIENTS:
Oil
Onion Chopped
Red Bell Pepper Diced
Garlic Minced
Fresh Ginger minced or grated
Riced Cauliflower (grate the cauliflower in a bowl to make its rice)
Carrot Diced
French Beans Chopped
Green Peas Boiled
Black Pepper
Salt as per taste
Chilli Flakes
METHOD:
Add oil to a large wok over medium-high heat. Stir in ginger-garlic, onions and peppers and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Stir in riced cauliflower and chopped mixed vegetables.
Season with fresh cracked black pepper, salt and red chilli flakes as per taste. Enjoy it hot!
