INGREDIENTS:
Oil
Cumin Seeds
Garlic Cloves
Peanuts
Corriander Leaves
Green Chilli
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
Curd
Paneer
Chaat Masala
Red Chilli Powder
METHOD:
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil and roast some cumin seeds, grate in the garlic and add in the peanut powder with some green chillies.
Roast the ingredients well and cool them and add it to a mixer grinder.
Add salt and black pepper powder to the mix and add some curd and corriander leaves into it and grind it well into a fine thick paste.
In a pan, add some oil and place in the paneer cubes and add the thick paste on the paneer and cook it well until the moisture of the mixture dries up.
Sprinkle some chaat masala and red chilli powder onto the thecha paneer cubes and enjoy it!
