INGREDIENTS:
Rice Paper Sheets
Sliced Carrots
Sliced Onions
Sliced Cabbage
Sliced Purple Cabbage
Spring Onion
Minced Garlic
Grated Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper
Soy Sauce
White Seseame Seeds
METHOD:
In a mixing. bowl, add in all the sliced vegetables and grated cheese with some salt and black pepper.
Squeeze the vegetable mix to remove the excess water out.
Grease a pan with some oil and keep 1 rice paper sheet on it and layer it with the vegetable mix and cover it with another rice papaer sheet.
Cook both the sides well until crispy.
Serve it with the soy sauce and add in the white seseame seeds in it.
