INGREDIENTS:
100 GMS Paneer Slab
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
Black Pepper
Chilli Flakes
Oregano Seasonings
Oil
French Beans
Bell Peppers
Broccoli
Onions
Zucchini
Tomatoes
METHOD:
In a griller/pan, take some oil and grill the paneer slab until its golden brown and apply the ginger garlic paste on it and sprinkle some salt, pepper and seasonings on both the side of the paneer to give it the flavour( can also use Indian spices to give that Indian flavour).
Once the paneer is perfectly grilled, remove it in a plate and add in all the veggies and grilled them in some oil and add in the ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and seasonings.
Once done, serve the grilled paneer with the grilled vegetables and enjoy it warm!
