INGREDIENTS :
SERVING SIZE - 2 BATI + 1 BOWL OF DAL
For Bati :
Jowar Flour
Wheat flour
Baking Powder
Ghee
For Dal :
Moong Dal
Masoor Dal
Channa Dal
Ginger & Garlic
Green Chilli
Indian Spices (Jeera Powder, Mustard seeds, Hing, Turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder)
METHOD :
Firstly, take, jowar flour, wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and ghee in a large bowl.
Mix well making sure the dough is moist.
Now add water as required and knead the dough.
Pinch a small ball-sized dough and roll with X impression.
Place the rolled bati in each mould of appe pan.
Cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes on all sides.
Dip the bati in ghee for more soft bati from the inside.
Enjoy dal bati along with slices of onion and chili.
