INGREDIENTS:
Nori Sheets
Avocado
Carrot
Cucumber
Lettuce Leaves
Purple Cabbage
Sriracha / Chilli Sauce
Homemade Sour cream / Hung curd
Tofu Slices / Low Fat Paneer Slices
METHOD:
Take 1 Nori Sheet, spread it open and divide it into 4 parts.
On one part apple the sriacha sauce and on another apply hung curd.
On the third keep the sliced vegetables and on the fourth side keep the sliced tofu or sliced paneer.
Cover the whole layer with another Nori Sheet on it like a sandwich and enjoy it.
