INGREDIENTS:
Boiled Corn
Grated Tofu
Minced Garlic
Fine Chopped Onion
Boiled Peas
Fine Chopped Carrot
Fine Chopped Capsicum
Corriander Powder
Chilli Flakes
Salt
Pepper
Oil
METHOD:
Boil the corn and green peas so that it is soft and cooked.
Chop in other vegetables in a bowl and grind the corn and green peas and add it in the bowl.
Add the grated tofu in the mixture.
Add all the spices as mentioned above, add the black pepper and salt to taste.
Mix everything together with a fork.
Heat the appam pan and add a drop of oil to each mould.
Take some of the corn mixture in your palm and form small balls.
Place the balls in the pan moulds. Gradually turn them using a wooden skewer or fork tip until they are evenly browned.
Serve hot with homemade corriander chutney.
