INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour
Rava
Besan Flour
Turmeric Powder
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Coriander Powder

Garam Masala
Ajwain
Fennel Seeds
Mustard Seeds
Sesame Seeds
Curry Leaves
Grated Coconut
Hing
Salt
Grated Dudhi
Ginger paste
Finely Chopped Chilli
Finely Chopped Corriander
Curd

METHOD:
Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take all the ingredients listed and knead the dough well.
Now take a large ball sized dough and roll to a cylindrical shape.
Cover and steam for 20 minutes.
Further, in a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and splutter tempering.
Add in sliced muthiya and mix well.
Spread and roast on both sides until the sides turn crisp.
Further add 2 tbsp coconut, 2 tbsp coriander and mix gently.
Finally, enjoy dudhi na muthiya with green chutney.
