INGREDIENTS:
Urad Dal Flour
Rice Flour
Curd
Fine Chopped Green Chilli
Fine Chopped Curry Leaves
Hing
Salt
METHOD:
In a mixing bowl, mix the urad dal flour with curd and water as per required for the batter consistency (keep the batter thick).
Keep the mixture aside for 3 hours and let it rest.
After resting it for 3 hours, mix it well and add in the rice flour, salt, green chillies, curry leaves and hing powder.
Heat up the Appam pan and grease it with some oil and add in the wada batter in it and cook it well from both sides.
Serve it warm and enjoy it with some rasam or sambhar!
